The SIMMS Team was founded by Sharon Simms, a full time REALTOR® in St. Petersburg, Florida, from 1986 to 2025. Daughter Tami Simms, a full-time real estate professional since 2002, is now the Managing Partner and is supported by Data & Transaction Manager, Amy Dinovo. The family team was founded on the principles of providing outstanding service, market knowledge, negotiation skills and discretion.
Education and active participation in professional organizations are very important to us. Each team member has real estate designations as well as a college education. Tami is the Lead Trainer for the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, co-host of their “Estate of Mind” podcast, often quoted by the media and invited to speak around the country.
We each bring unique talents, but each of us is familiar with every client and the status of their search and transactions. Tami works directly with buyers and sellers and Amy keeps everything in line, managing our technology and making sure that every deadline is met and every detail is taken care of.

We enjoy living in this beautiful waterfront community, which encompasses small towns with unique character; cities with dynamic activities, arts, entertainment and recreation; a warm climate with lots of sunshine, and a thriving business community. Our primary office is in the heart of vibrant downtown St. Petersburg, and we cover areas that are within a 45 minute commute of the main work centers of Pinellas County.
